HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We try to be speedy fast! Orders ship in 1-3 days from our warehouse, and the rest is up to the post office. You’ll receive a tracking number, so feel free to check on their progress. For international customers, please allow more time; while we will ship it quickly, the packages can sometimes get stuck in customs, which is outside of our control. We do our best to get you your purchase in a timely manner!

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We want you to LOVE your product, so if you’re not happy with it for any reason, please email us at service@honesttradingltd.com, and we will get you return shipment information. Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receiving your product(s). If your product arrives damaged, please let us know ASAP so we can get you a replacement.

Can I place an order online ?

Yes, it is still possible to place an online order. However, due to recent local government regulations, our distribution center is working with reduced staff so orders may be delayed. We have implemented measures to ensure the health and safety of our team members. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free in the contiguous United States and in Canada. If you live in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska, your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. If you live elsewhere in the world, your shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout. Expedited and express shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

What is my order status?

We will email you at every step of the process, from purchase to post-delivery. You will receive an email confirmation of your order, a notification when your order is being prepared for shipping, a notification with tracking information when your order ships, and a check-in email after your purchase has been delivered to ensure you are happy with your Mailellc pieces. Can I cancel my order?

Your purchase begins its journey to you as soon as you complete the checkout process. We unfortunately do not have a cancellation window. Once an order has begun processing, it cannot be altered.
